Executive Leadership Committee

We are physician-led and patient-centered, collaborative and clinically renowned, community-focused and academically aligned — all in a high-quality, lower-cost network.

The pace of change in health care continues to accelerate. Tufts Medicine and its employed physicians are committed to staying ahead of that change with a vision to create innovative care experiences for patients and a uniquely better, frictionless work environment for our clinicians.

Our system includes four community hospitals, more than 2,000 physicians and 13,000 employees. We provide the resources to help you find the right fit and make an easy transition — plus the support you need to deliver care the way you want.

Tufts Medicine offers a wide range of practice options. Plus, as one of the largest health systems in Eastern Massachusetts, we have locations from Cape Cod to the New Hampshire border.

Empowering you to make an impact

Many of our physicians and APCs work in private practice while others prefer our employment models. Opportunities exist for providers to work in community and/or hospital settings, with a focus on patient care, research, teaching or a combination of the 3.

Tufts Medicine believes that a thriving clinician community is fundamental to the pursuit of better health, better care and lower costs. We are committed to creating environments where physicians and APCs are encouraged and inspired to achieve their fullest potential.
