Our psychiatry residents are the heart of Tufts Medical Center’s training program. They bring diverse backgrounds, strong dedication, and a passion for learning and compassionate care. Throughout their training, they receive expert mentorship, hands-on experience across multiple specialties, and opportunities to grow as clinicians, educators and leaders. Biography

I was born in Chicago, Illinois but spent most of my childhood in Kansas, enjoying the quiet rolling hills and running around with the neighborhood kids. I later moved to Connecticut and went to the University of Connecticut; after college, I worked as a clinical research associate at Yale New-Haven Hospital, and got my MS at Boston University with my thesis in pediatric nephrology. I was excited to start my career as a medical student with Boston University, and now am so thrilled to be working at Tufts Medical Center with our vibrant patient population and with an incredible faculty and cohort that inspire me every day!

Biography

I grew up outside of Albany, New York, before moving to Boston for college. While in Boston, I decided I wanted to pursue medicine and enjoyed working in a variety of clinical environments. I moved back to Albany for medical school, and while I enjoyed being back close to home and family, I am thrilled to be able to return to Boston to start my training in psychiatry.

Biography

I was born in Los Angeles and spent most of my childhood in Las Vegas, Nevada before returning to California for college. I attended California Lutheran University, where I majored in biology and minored in psychology. After graduating, I spent two years working in biopharmaceuticals before moving to Boston to attend medical school at Tufts University School of Medicine. While there, I took a year off to conduct research and help run a clinical screening program for breast cancer patients at the Dana Farber Brigham Cancer Center. I graduated from medical school and began my residency training in psychiatry here at Tufts Medical Center in the summer of 2025.
