You may have been referred to neurosurgery by your child's pediatrician or primary care doctor to get specialized care for brain and spine conditions. Tufts Medicine Pediatrics and Boston Children’s work together to provide complete neurosurgical care for children facing a variety of conditions. Our expert team specializes in treating both benign and malignant tumors, as well as spinal disorders like scoliosis. We also help with conditions like epilepsy, spasticity, cerebral palsy, pediatric stroke and other cerebrovascular issues. Plus, we treat conditions such as Chiari malformation, hydrocephalus (fluid on the brain), spina bifida and more.
