Biography

Dr. Chen Lin was raised in the Dominican Republic, where she earned her medical degree from Universidad Iberoamericana. She went on to complete her pediatric residency at Lincoln Hospital in the Bronx, New York. Dr. Chen Lin’s clinical interests include antibiotic stewardship, pulmonary outcomes, and addressing social disparities in the NICU. Outside of medicine, she enjoys cultivating a variety of plants, exploring new cuisines, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Biography

Dr. Sitner-Medvedovsky was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. She completed her medical school training at St. George's University and her pediatric residency at New York Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital. Her research interests include pain management strategies, neurodevelopment and nutrition. Outside of the NICU, she enjoys playing tennis, reading historical fiction and exploring new restaurants

About me
Biography

Dr. Talebiyan grew up in Tehran, where she earned her medical degree and completed her pediatric residency and neonatology fellowship. She later served as a faculty neonatologist before moving to the United States to pursue research in neonatal nutrition at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Harvard Medical School. Her primary areas of interest include optimizing early feeding practices and nutrition in preterm infants, with a focus on growth, brain development, and prevention of necrotizing enterocolitis. She is passionate about improving feeding strategies in the NICU and translating evidence-based care into practice to enhance outcomes for the most vulnerable newborns. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, listening classical music, and spending time with her husband and two children. She also finds great joy in volunteering as a math tutor for elementary school students.

Dr. Kumar was born in London, England and completed undergraduate studies at Queen Mary University of London. He went on to complete medical school at St. Matthew’s University in the Cayman Islands. He obtained pediatric residency training at Brooklyn Hospital, NY and recently practiced general pediatrics in Columbia, South Carolina. He is looking forward to bringing his extensive background and knowledge into the world of Neonatology. Away from work he enjoys soccer and spending time with family.
