How to apply to the dermatology residency at Tufts Medical Center
We accept applications through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) only. All applicants are reviewed using a holistic approach with no exclusion criteria. Your application must be complete by October 1, 2026, and include:
- Minimum of 3 letters of recommendation (maximum of 4)
- USMLE Step scores
- Medical school transcript and MSPE
We will hold three half day virtual interviews on January 20, 2027, January 25, 2027, and January 29, 2027. We plan to interview about 40 candidates to fill 5 residency positions. All communications during interview season will be sent through ERAS and email.
Interested in a dermatology rotation?
We welcome medical students to rotate with us. The Tufts Medical Center Department of Dermatology offers clinical dermatology electives for visiting students interested in our residency program.
