Located inside Tufts Medicine New England Neurological Associates, just to the right of Entrance D, our infusion care center is designed for comfort and privacy. We offer 8 private treatment rooms where you’ll receive expert, personalized care in a calm setting.
Our skilled nursing team and physicians provide treatments and education to help manage pain and support ongoing care. Appointments are by referral only and are scheduled directly through your doctor’s office.
We provide:
- Alzheimer’s therapeutic infusions for memory care (ATP infusions: Donanemab and Lecanemab)
- Botox injections for migraine and spasticity
- Infusions for neurological conditions, including myasthenia gravis, multiple sclerosis, chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (CIDP), neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD) and Guillain-Barré syndrome
- Infusions for rheumatic conditions, including rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis and gout
- Lumbar punctures for diagnostic testing
- Ultrasound-guided joint injections for pain management
