Tufts Medicine’s David Kent, MD, Elected to the Association of American Physicians

David Kent, MD, of Tufts Medical Center and Tufts University School of Medicine has been elected to the Association of American Physicians for his contributions to biomedical research and patient care.

Dr. David Kent, Director of the Predictive Analytics and Comparative Effectiveness (PACE) Center at Tufts Medical Center and professor of medicine and neurology at Tufts University School of Medicine (TUSM), has been elected to the Association of American Physicians, one of the nation’s most respected medical honor societies.

Election to the organization is limited to about 70 physician-scientists each year and recognizes leaders whose research has significantly advanced biomedical science and patient care. Dr. Kent’s work focuses on predictive analytics, comparative effectiveness research and personalized medicine, helping clinicians better understand how treatments work for individual patients.
