Indicators are concrete, observable, or measurable elements. Individual assessment by several staff members takes up to 30 minutes. This step is followed by a joint meeting to discuss results which takes up to 3 hours. 8 standards and 19 sub-standards. The standards reflect those of OHL-Hos but with revised wording.
