Content validity:
Interprofessional team of healthcare professionals reviewed face validity and participated in content validity exercise. Professionals were split into two groups to avoid impact of professional socialization. Modified kappa score of physician group found to be 0.74 (excellent), modified kappa score of interprofessional group found to be 0.87 (excellent). Scale level content validity sores (S-CVI) for both groups indicated that all 17 items were broadly relevant to health literacy practices.
