A two round content validation process was conducted using a Delphi panel with experts in medicine, nursing, public health, and psychology (17 experts in round one and 10 in round two).
Criterion validity:
Criterion validity was evaluated by comparing M-CHLSD to 3 clinical benchmarks: (1) Chinese Health Literacy Scale scores, (2) fasting plasma glucose (FPG) levels, and (3) 2-hour postprandial glucose (2-h PG) levels.
