Country where validated: Canada
Content validity: Validity was assessed and determined by a panel of experts and kidney transplant recipients. Content validity was reaffirmed in the posttransplant cohort
Reliability notes: Cronbach α of the items in the questionnaire ranged from 0.79 to 0.88.  The reliability of the questionnaire was tested by Cronbach α, which was greater than 0.7 in all cohorts.
