About This Measure

Categorical scoring: Yes
Scoring categories: Each item was rated on a 4-point scale, ranging from 1 (never) to 4 (often). The scores for the items in a scale were summed and divided by the number of items in the scale to give a scale score (theoretical range 1-4). The scores were reversed for functional HL such that higher scores indicated higher HL.
