16 experts majoring in a variety of fields () rated the relevance of each item on a four-point Likert scale, with 1 indicating "not relevant" and 4 indicating "very relevant." Measured Item-content Validity Index (I-CVI) and Scale-content Validity Index (S-CVI). I-CVI of each item ranged from 0.91 to 1.00. S-CVI of total scale calculated as 0.90.
