The Cancer Prevention Literacy Questionnaire (CPL-Q) is a 10-question, 58-item instrument developed to assess an adult's cancer prevention literacy. It comprehensively measures a range of interrelated constructs, including an individual's beliefs about cancer, risk perception, awareness and knowledge of cancer prevention, intentions to change habits, and current adherence to preventive health behaviors.
