Description

The CPHQ2.0 is a 20-item questionnaire designed to measure broad and context sensitive health. It captures 8 distinct domains: mental relaxation, social acceptance, wellbeing, vitality, social support, financial resources, health literacy, and mobility.

Content validity: The revised CPHQ was developed through structured focus groups with stakeholders, healthcare professionals, citizens, and patients, including those with a lower socioeconomic position to ensure relevance, comprehensibility, and cultural sensitivity
Criterion validity: Concurrent validity was supported by correlations with existing measures such as the EQ5D-5L, BRS, ICECAP-A, PH-17, and PWI. Strong correlations were found particularly in the wellbeing and vitality domains, and the total score (PWI total score r=0.80).
