Content validity: Nine scenarios depicting health-related tasks with 190 items were developed by the research team, experts in health literacy, test development, medicine, and cog. Psychology. Items that were highly correlated were eliminated to leave a total of 70 items. An omega analysis was completed to finalize 45 items.
