This is a laboratory based study that aims to evaluate the performance of a novel, microfluidic platform that can pit CAR-T cells against tumor targets. We hope to identify features within the CAR-T cells that make them effective cancer killers versus not.

Inclusion Criteria
- Adult patients planning to undergo commercial CART therapy for acute lymphocytic leukemia, lymphoma, or multiple myeloma.
Exclusion Criteria
- Not willing to consent to study procedures.
Study Requirements
Study will involve obtaining samples of blood (totaling 5 tablespoons) before and at 2 weeks, one month, three months, six months and one year following CAR-T infusion. We will reserve a very small sample of T cells collected for manufacture, and manufactured CAR-T cells. We will review the medical record at regular intervals to record the outcome of the CAR-T cells.
