This study collects information from cancer patients to help create better cancer tests. We want to use this information to develop tests that can find cancer earlier and show how well treatments are working. We'll look at data from your medical records to see if it can help predict how long patients stay cancer-free after treatment. By studying health information from many patients over time, we hope to make tests that can better detect cancer and monitor if it comes back. The information we collect might also help create tests for other health conditions, like how well organs are working or how the body fights disease. This research could help improve care for future cancer patients.

Study details
Inclusion Criteria
- Are age 18 or older
- Have been diagnosed with a primary malignancy including any solid tumor and hematologic malignancies
- Were selected to have a Natera ctDNA MRD test ordered as part of your routine practice
Exclusion Criteria
- Pregnant or breastfeeding
- History of bone marrow or organ transplant.
- Serious medical conditions that may adversely affect ability to participate in the study.
Study Requirements
You can participate in this study for up to five years. During this time, your medical information will be collected annually for research purposes. If you join the study, we will collect information about your health and cancer treatment from your medical records. This study only involves collecting and analyzing information from your medical records. There are no additional procedures or tests required beyond your regular care. You won't need to make any extra trips to the doctor for this study.
