Our current neurovascular care fellows bring diverse backgrounds and a shared dedication to advanced cerebrovascular medicine. They work closely with faculty on cutting-edge procedures, acute stroke management, and multidisciplinary care, while contributing to research and quality improvement initiatives. Each fellow is committed to developing the skills and expertise needed to advance the field and provide state-of-the-art care for patients with complex neurovascular conditions.

Brian Novak, 51, figured it must have been something he ate. It was early August 2022, and the Lowell resident began experiencing terrible abdominal pain shortly after having lunch at work. But the discomfort didn’t improve and about a week later, new symptoms emerged including back pain and difficulty swallowing.
