Dr. Brent Forester

Tufts Medicine announced today that Brent P. Forester, MD, MSc., will join the organization as Psychiatrist-in-Chief and Chairman for the Department of Psychiatry at Tufts Medical Center, and Director of Behavioral Health for Tufts Medicine on June 1, 2023. Dr. Forester will also be proposed as Professor and endowed Chair of Psychiatry at Tufts University School of Medicine.

Tufts Medicine and Acadia Healthcare Company, the largest standalone provider of behavioral health services in the U.S., announced  that they are forming a joint venture to build a 144-bed inpatient behavioral health facility on the site of the former Malden Hospital in Malden, Mass.

Kelly Corbi

Kelly Corbi joins MelroseWakefield Hospital and Lawrence Memorial Hospital of Medford as President. She will also serve as an Executive Vice President of Tufts Medicine. Corbi is an accomplished and progressive health care executive with broad experience across the continuum of health care, including community and academic medicine, ambulatory services, skilled nursing and home health care, and managed care.
