Our residents are a diverse, motivated group committed to learning, growth and excellent patient care. They come from a wide range of backgrounds and bring unique experiences that enrich our program and foster a collaborative, supportive environment.
Throughout the five-year training, residents gain hands-on experience across all otolaryngology subspecialties, working closely with expert faculty and multidisciplinary teams. They take on increasing responsibility, build surgical skills and develop clinical judgment needed for a successful career.
Residents benefit from a close-knit community where peer support, wellness and professional development are priorities. They regularly participate in research, presentations and leadership opportunities that help prepare them for their future roles in academic medicine or private practice.
