Our fellowship offers personalized mentorship tailored to each fellow’s unique career goals. From day one, fellows receive dedicated guidance through regular advising sessions and progress reviews, ensuring the support needed to thrive both clinically and professionally.
Fellows collaborate closely with expert faculty across multiple specialties—including anesthesiology, cardiology, cardiac surgery, internal medicine, neurology, pulmonology and trauma—who provide hands-on supervision and clinical mentorship.
Beyond clinical training, fellows take on leadership roles in multidisciplinary case conferences, lead quality improvement projects and engage in mentored research to advance their academic growth.

Fellows receive daily bedside feedback, participate in quarterly reviews with the program director and complete monthly anonymous evaluations to assess faculty and rotation quality.
