Fellows work closely with nurses, advanced practice providers, residents, medical students and consulting specialists, gaining experience in team-based care, communication and patient-centered practices. This collaborative environment mirrors real-world neurocritical care and strengthens fellows’ ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
