Advanced interventional cardiology fellowship training at Tufts Medical Center
The Interventional Cardiology Fellowship at Tufts Medical Center is a one-year, ACGME-accredited program designed to prepare cardiovascular specialists for advanced interventional careers. Located in Boston, our fellowship offers hands-on clinical training, cutting-edge research opportunities and a comprehensive educational experience.
Our goals are to train fellows to:
- Master complex coronary, peripheral and structural heart procedures
- Develop sound clinical judgment for patient care before, during and after interventions
- Participate actively in clinical research and contribute to advances in the field
- Build strong communication and leadership skills to thrive in diverse practice settings
Fellows train in high-volume, state-of-the-art catheterization labs with expert faculty mentors who support growth and excellence. The program combines procedural experience with daily case discussions, weekly lectures and multidisciplinary conferences.
Graduates leave confident and well-prepared to succeed in academic centers, hospitals or community cardiology practices.
