How to apply for the Dermatopathology Fellowship at Tufts Medical Center
The decision for dermatopathology fellowship programs to join the NRMP match was finalized in January 2026. We are excited to announce that our program will be participating in the 2027 inaugural NRMP match cycle for one open fellowship position with a start date of July 1, 2028.
Application process + eligibility
Interested and qualified applicants are invited to submit materials for their application through the centralized application service FellowshipsCAS. Prospective candidates must be board-eligible or board-certified in Dermatology or Pathology by the anticipated start date of the fellowship. We encourage applicants to submit materials as early as possible to ensure consideration. We will hold virtual interviews during February/early March 2027.
Key Recruitment Dates (July 1, 2028 Start date)
- October 1, 2026: FellowshipsCAS portal opens to accept applications
- January 1, 2027: Application submission deadline
- February 3, 2027: Match registration opens via NRMP
- March 10, 2027: Rank order list entry opens
- April 28, 2027: Match Day
- July 1, 2028: Fellowship training begins.
