Critical care fellowship training in Boston for compassionate, skilled physicians

We care for a diverse and medically complex population across the greater Boston area. Many of our patients are critically ill or living with chronic respiratory conditions, and we are deeply committed to providing expert, compassionate care—always keeping our patients at the center of everything we do.

Our fellowship is designed to prepare physicians to thrive in today’s demanding critical care environments. ICU utilization continues to rise, and the acuity of illness is increasing. We train our fellows to become critical thinkers, skilled clinicians and strong patient advocates who can meet these challenges with confidence.

We use a hands-on, experience-driven learning model with progressive autonomy built in. Fellows gain increasing responsibility as they grow, supported by close faculty mentorship every step of the way. By the end of the year, they are fully prepared to practice independently and deliver outstanding care in any critical care setting.
