Bring expert treatment home

Your generous gifts to Care at Home and High Pointe House help provide expert care where patients feel most comfortable—at home. From in-home rehabilitation and infusion therapy to compassionate end-of-life and palliative care, your support makes a meaningful difference for families throughout the Merrimack Valley, northeastern Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire.

Your support of High Pointe House, our residential hospice facility, gives patients an alternative to hospitalization or in-home care. Thanks to donors like you, we welcome all patients, regardless of the severity of their needs. Each contribution supports not just medical care, but also the emotional and spiritual well-being of patients and their families. From advanced symptom management to comprehensive bereavement services, your support ensures that every family receives the compassionate care they deserve during their hospice journey.

Together, we can create a lasting impact. Thank you for your commitment to providing comfort and dignity.
