MIRI PIs Honored at 2023 Perinatal Research Society Annual Meeting

The MIRI was very well represented at the annual Perinatal Research Society Annual Meeting Utah from September 29-October 1, in the beautiful setting of Park City.

Dr. Sebastian Ramos was selected for the highly competitive NIH Young Investigator grant-writing workshop, Dr. Elizabeth Yen won the prize for best publication in the field of Pediatrics by an Associate member for her paper Sex-specific inflammatory and white matter effects of prenatal opioid exposure: a pilot study, and Dr. Perrie O'Tierney-Ginn won the Liley Award and Lectureship,given each year to recognize outstanding contributions and achievements in the area of perinatal research.
