Fall is a great time to try some warm and hearty meals.

Pumpkins are a great source of vitamin A, vitamin C and potassium – these are important nutrients for maintaining vision and for a strong immune system. They’re technically a vegetable, but can be used in both sweet and savory recipes. Our registered dietitians hand-selected these recipes that feature pumpkin as the main ingredient.
