Healthy Recipes: November 2019

November 15, 2019

Try these healthy autumn recipes as a new side dish for Thanksgiving or a great way to use up those leftovers.

With Thanksgiving quickly approaching it might be to try a new side dish or you might be looking for a healthy update on your traditional sides. Our registered dietitians hand-selected these recipes that are not only healthy, but use seasonal produce. They encourage you to try the cauliflower macaroni and cheese as an update for your mom’s mac and cheese or the farro salad as a replacement for your uncle’s spinach gratin. After Thanksgiving, you can repurpose your leftovers in the chili or tacos.

Have you tried one of these recipes? Let us know what you thought of it and share a photo on our Facebook page.
