During Heart Health Month we wanted to share heart-healthy recipes to inspire you to eat your heart out!

Our registered dietitians hand-selected these recipes that are heart-healthy because they’re low in sodium, a source of soluble fiber and lower in saturated fat. Here are some “hearty” ideas for lunch, dinner and dessert!
