Care at Home

April 3, 2026
1 min read

In the latest episode of On the Road with Tufts Medicine, we literally go on the road with a visiting nurse from Tufts Medicine Care at Home.

Bringing care and compassion directly to patients in their homes, our visiting nurses maintain a level of independence while having the full support of a team of other nurses, therapists, social workers, aides and others.

Watch how care extends beyond our walls and into the homes of the communities we serve.
