Join us for our 3-part series where we'll guide you through the different stages and phases of labor, share helpful comfort techniques, discuss pain management options and cover common medical interventions. We'll also chat about postpartum recovery and adjusting to parenthood and connect you with local parenting resources. During our in-person session you'll get a tour of our labor and delivery unit.

Our classes meet on weekday evenings 3 times—twice online and once face-to-face. We really encourage you to join us for all three classes in the series.

You will receive a link to join remote classes (sessions 1 + 2).
The in-person class will take place at the Green Street Administration Building, 15 Green Street, Melrose (session 3).

Weekdays aren't the best for you? Good news! We also offer this class over one weekend—both Saturday and Sunday. Don't worry, the material is exactly the same, just spread out over the sessions differently.

Classes are limited to 12 registrants. We're excited to support you during this special time. To make sure we have space for everyone, we give registration priority to those delivering at MelroseWakefield Hospital. If you're planning to deliver elsewhere, we’re happy to add you to our waitlist and will reach out if a spot opens up.
