This service is for those who haven’t decided on or would like to change their primary care clinician. With Tufts Medicine Virtual Primary Care, you’ll get:

  • A dedicated care team focused on your health and well-being
  • Around-the-clock access to care—24 hours a day, 365 days a year
  • Access to routine care and check-ins
  • Support from advanced practice clinicians trained to manage your health virtually and coordinate any in-person care you may need

How it works

To schedule a virtual primary care appointment, log in to myTuftsMed and select “Schedule an Appointment.” Choose Tufts Medicine Virtual Primary Care and enter the password CareNow (case sensitive). If you don’t already have a myTuftsMed account, you can easily create one to get started.
