Mentorship that supports your growth + success
We’re committed to helping each fellow reach their full potential. Mentorship is a cornerstone of our program, and every fellow is paired with dedicated mentors who provide guidance throughout training.
To make sure your experience is meeting your needs, we hold a monthly fellows meeting with the program director. This is a space to speak openly about all aspects of the program and share feedback.
When it’s time to focus on research, we’ll help you connect with faculty who share your interests. By the end of January in your first year, you’ll select a research project and mentor—so you can dive into your work at the start of your second year. Your mentor will continue to guide and support you through the remainder of your fellowship.
