Who’s shaping your GME experience?

At Tufts Medicine, our Graduate Medical Education (GME) programs are designed to meet and exceed ACGME standards while fostering close collaboration with Tufts University School of Medicine and its students. Our GME committee is made up of residents, fellows, program directors, faculty, hospital leaders and designated officials who work together to continuously improve the training experience and ensure all voices are heard. Residents and fellows are strongly encouraged to join the committee to actively shape the future of the program.

Residents and fellows are also encouraged to participate in other hospital committees. This provides insight into how a major academic medical center operates while helping ensure trainee perspectives and concerns are addressed.
